Following an advertisement, I decided to try Hydratis. I started 10 days ago. I give my opinion voluntarily today to have a little distance. Well, I don't regret it and I will continue to
continue to use it. The cramps have totally disappeared. I can't believe it, for the urinary infections. We will wait a little more time. I take 2 tablets a day. If I stay at home, 1 in the morning, and a second one in 500 ml of water and if I go out, I take the second one when I get home.

the flavors are really good and pleasant. My favorite is my Coco but all the others are good. No aspartame taste or too synthetic, it's refreshing and nice. perfect!

I really like the products I drink them every day. I just have a sujétion you can make some with orange flavor 🍊.

I was not drinking enough ....result constipation and fatigue. I take 3 pastilles hydratis throughout the day, which makes me drink in the gourd bought with: 1liter5, finished constipation! In addition it has a pleasant taste, I only put one tablet in the 500 ml of water otherwise I did not like the taste. My favorite remains lemon elderflower!
In short, I think I will continue for a while.

Being a real camel, I am very happy to have found this product that helps me stay hydrated throughout the day! I can feel the benefits on my brain, which runs better. I like the taste and I enjoy drinking it. It is replacing in my brain the pleasure associated with a zero soda that I find so hard to get rid of... Finally!
