How does it work?
We recommend diluting 1 tablet in a glass of water (250ml) or 2 in a gourd (500ml).

Step 1
Fill a glass with water.

Step 2
Put a Hydratis tablet.

Step 3
Let the tablet melt before drinking slowly.
I discovered hydratis in the mountains and have loved it ever since.
The fragrances are really pleasant and since then I've had no more cramps due to poor hydration!
I am still very happy with the product and the delivery. The different flavors are very good, not too sweet and the bottles are very good, I highly recommend.
I use Hydratis in my running practice. These tablets allow me to accelerate my hydration before, during and after my runs!
I highly recommend them.
Thank you and congratulations.
Thank you for your sports advice :)
The bottles are great and awesome, and the tablets are great! Thanks Hydratis :)
Thank you for your feedback :) We are delighted that Hydratis accompanies you on a daily basis!
Great product, the tastes are very well balanced. Really it is a brand that I love and that I recommend 100%! Bravo
Personally I love to put a tablet in the gourd, the taste is softer and I hydrate even more than in a glass
Thank you for your opinion Emma, I'm glad you are satisfied with Hydratis :)
Answers to your questions
How do Hydratis tablets work to hydrate the body?
Rehydration fluids contain a precise dosage of minerals, sodium and glucose to allow rapid assimilation of fluids and thus rehydrate the body quickly and effectively while compensating for electrolyte loss. It is this physiological principle that has significantly reduced infant mortality in many developing countries.
What is the shelf life of Hydratis once prepared?
Once the pellet is dissolved in water, we advise you to throw away the solution after 24 hours.
How does Hydratis differ from regular energy drinks?
Hydratis is higher and more varied in electrolytes with 5 minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium, manganese, chloride, zinc) and lower in sugar (less than 1% for a glass of water). Standard energy drinks are usually high in sugar (6-8%) and contain little or no electrolytes.
How much Hydratis should I take for sport or exercise?
The dose varies according to the intensity and duration of the sport or exercise. To maintain good hydration, the loss of fluids and electrolytes must be compensated for and the amount lost should be replenished. We advise you to put 2 tablets in a 500 ml water bottle and repeat as often as necessary. It is recommended to drink every 15 to 20 minutes during exercise.
Can Hydratis be taken after drinking alcohol?
Yes, drinking alcohol causes dehydration. For example, the headache that results when you wake up is a dehydration of the brain. We advise you to take 2 tablets in a glass of water before going to bed, to be repeated when you wake up.
Can Hydratis be taken on a daily basis ?
Yes, Hydratis can help you prevent slight dehydration linked to daily life, especially during physical effort or in hot and dry environments (such as in air-conditioned offices or in the summer) and also when you forget to drink enough during the day. A good hydration will allow you to be in better shape.
