THE ORIGINS

The principle of oral rehydration solution (ORS) was discovered at the end of the 20th century in the context of research to improve the rehydration of populations affected by health emergencies (e.g. cholera). Hydratis is based on this scientific research to propose a range of rehydration solutions adapted to your needs.

HYDRATIS solutions are formulated to optimise the body's hydration on a daily basis, based in particular on the WHO recommendations for oral rehydration solution and adapted to different segments, occasional pathologies and professions.

The formulations are validated by Nutraveris, a specialist in regulatory compliance in France and Europe.

Hydratis active ingredients

Magnesium

It reduces physical and cerebral fatigue and helps to limit and reduce cramps. It is also involved in the formation of teeth and bones, as well as in maintaining their strength. Finally, it is beneficial against stress and anxiety.

Potassium

It allows normal muscle and nerve function. It supports the muscles to prevent cramps. It maintains the acid-base balance in the body within the cells and helps to keep the body cells hydrated.

Chloride

It aids digestion and helps the body to retain fluids effectively. It stimulates brain function and contributes to general mental balance.

Zinc

It allows the immune system to function properly and fights against
premature cell ageing thanks to its strong antioxidant action.

Manganese

It protects cells against oxidative stress thanks to its antioxidant effect. It is also effective against fatigue and participates in bone formation (synthesis and renewal).

Sodium chloride

Sodium is an essential ingredient, when combined with sugar in the right ratio. It accelerates the absorption of water into the bloodstream, replacing what your body loses through sweat. In addition, salt retains water in the muscle tissue while remedying dehydration.

Dextrose

Dextrose is a form of glucose, a natural sugar compound found in our body. It is the most absorbable of all sugar compounds and enhances the absorption of our products into the bloodstream.
